Technology Infrastructure for a 1M+ Sq. Ft. Industrial Facility
End-to-End Network, Fiber Optics, Wi-Fi, CCTV Video Surveillance, and Access-Control Infrastructure built from the ground up.
A 1M+ sq. ft. new-construction warehouse required a complete technology infrastructure to support the launch of a nationwide business operation. Technopolis entered the project at an early construction stage, before the facility was fully operational, with the challenge of creating the entire low-voltage foundation from the ground up — including network connectivity, fiber backbone, warehouse-wide Wi-Fi, video surveillance, and access control.
Technopolis designed and deployed the facility's complete network and low-voltage infrastructure, including structured cabling, a fiber-optic backbone connecting the main MDF and distributed IDF locations, network racks and patching infrastructure, office and warehouse connectivity, indoor and outdoor wireless coverage, video surveillance, and credential-based access control. Wi-Fi coverage was extended throughout the warehouse as well as exterior parking and operational areas, while fiber connectivity provided the backbone between network distribution points across the facility.
The completed deployment created the technology backbone for a 1M+ sq. ft. operational facility, with 70+ surveillance cameras, 60+ wireless access points, 10+ IDF locations, a centralized MDF, fiber-optic distribution throughout the building, outdoor wireless coverage, and integrated access-control infrastructure. The result was a scalable network capable of supporting office operations, warehouse workflows, security systems, mobile devices, and future expansion across the facility.
